About This Project

This beautiful custom garage was designed to provide the homeowner with a functional, durable, and attractive addition to their property. Unlike most portable buildings that are constructed with a wood floor system, this garage was built directly on a concrete slab foundation, allowing for ground-level access and a more permanent feel.

The customer selected a timeless color combination featuring tan siding, black accent trim, and upgraded Onyx Black architectural shingles, creating a clean, modern appearance that complements the surrounding property.

This building was constructed on a concrete slab rather than the traditional wood floor system commonly used in the portable building industry. While most sheds are designed to remain portable, this customer chose a slab foundation for a more permanent, site-built appearance and feel.

To maximize usability, the building was equipped with an 8' x 7' roll-up garage door and upgraded high walls, providing additional interior clearance and flexibility for storage, equipment, and vehicles. Four insulated 3' x 3' windows allow natural light to fill the space, while the 9-lite entry door adds both convenience and curb appeal.

Because the building was constructed on a slab foundation, our team built the structure on-site, carefully ensuring it met the homeowner's vision. The result is a beautiful, permanent garage that offers exceptional functionality while enhancing the overall appearance and value of the property.
